Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an Executive Chef 1 (Catering Sous Chef) to join our team at Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston MA. Dana Farber is located in the heart of the Longwood Medical area. It is a fast pace environment with Retail revenues of 4 million, catering revenues of 1 Million and patient services of 1 million. There are 40 full time hourly employees and 5 managers.
The Executive Chef 1 (Catering Sous Chef) will report and support the Sr. Executive Chef that oversees the culinary operations. The Executive Chef 1 (Catering Sous Chef) will be responsible for execution of menus, ordering, inventory and managing a team of 2 hourly cooks.

Provides culinary leadership within a small sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution

- Manages food & physical safety program.
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
