We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring administrative efficiency.
Duties
- Supervise and manage office staff, delegating tasks as needed
- Handle phone systems, including answering calls and routing them to the appropriate person
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
-Manage property management software at buildium.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with minor accounting and financial tasks, including payroll processing
- Oversee and coordinate property management tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in google drive Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Buildium (property management or similar software is a plus
-experience in property management and real estate is a plus

Expected hours: 40 per week
