HTC VIVE is hiring a VIVERSE Strategy & Corporate Development Leader to join our global team!
As a key member of the senior leadership team, this role will be instrumental in driving VIVERSE's operational excellence and strategic growth. Furthermore, this role will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure efficient resource management, and implement strategies that align with VIVERSE's long-term objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in operations management, a strong business acumen, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level partners. Ensure that all partnerships add value and align with long-term business objectives. Demonstrate proven success in developing and scaling platform/SaaS partnerships.

Stay deeply informed on market trends and the competitive landscape, especially within the technology and SaaS sectors. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate product knowledge into growth strategies.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

15+ years of experience in business development, securing high-value partnerships with mid to large-sized enterprises.

Experience working as a Chief Operations Officer.

Experience working for a software startup.

Proven experience in product, marketing, and partnership management, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and innovation across functions.

Strong track record of creating and executing business strategies that align with company goals and deliver measurable growth.

Ability to lead and execute initiatives with the agility of a start-up, focusing on fast-paced environments and tangible success.

Hands-on experience in driving new opportunities, market expansion, and scaling initiatives with a focus on rapid execution.

Extensive experience in building and maintaining enterprise-level partnerships, particularly in the platform and SaaS sectors.

Proven success in developing, scaling, and managing strategic relationships that drive long-term business value.

Deep knowledge of market trends and the competitive landscape.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a history of working closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align on and achieve cross-functional goals.

At the time of posting, HTC's estimated annual base salary for this position is $157,700 - $180,700 USD. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including candidate skills, qualifications, experience, business needs, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for participation in our discretionary bonus programs.
