Edgewater is currently seeking a Project Manager to support our federal customer in the Washington D.C. area.
Work with federal leadership to identify and document project backlog;
Manage and communicate a clear list of priorities at all times;
Develop and maintain project documentation such as requirements, progress updates, goals, internal/external communication, and technical documentation;
Manage DevSecOps Kanban board team;
Assist with development of SOP and Change Management requests;
Create and submit monthly status reports;
Define the scope of new projects;
Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders;
Coordinate to ensure deliverables meet requirements;
Identify opportunities for process improvements;
Manage multiple internal and external relationships in a way that reflects strong personal and corporate values;
Bachelor's degree in cyber security, information technology or related field;
1-2 years of IT team leadership;
5 years of experience supporting IT with 2+ years in cybersecurity;
Project Management Professional (PMP) required;
Knowledge in NIST 800-53 and DISA STIGS preferred;
Working knowledge of Security Engineering preferred;
Experience in Kanban is preferred;
Experience in DevSecOps is preferred;
Security certification preferred (CISSP, Security+, CAP, CEH) but not required;
Understanding of networking preferred.
