The Marketing Data Analyst supports the Marketing team and organizational goals by gathering relevant data for GMAC products and/or services and, works hands-on with the vast array of GMAC data assets to analyze data trends, convert the data into actionable insights and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
Gather data from relevant platforms and tools, to include Marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM tools, etc.
Conduct campaign analytics for campaigns across platforms (email, web and social).
Analysis of web behavior to determine relevance of content, site usability, user flow and conversion paths.
Monitor social media metrics to provide insights and recommend improvements, in order to drive engagement.
Monitor the impact of content deployed across platforms – email, owned websites, social and paid media.
Identify areas of improvement across digital properties and work cross-functionally to ensure buy-in on recommendations.
Interact with other GMAC teams to gather complimentary information and data.
Suggest gaps/areas for user testing to determine user needs and viability of proposed functionality.
Analyze the impact of email frequency and work cross functionally to ensure buy-in.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in web, mobile management and/or digital marketing.
A proven track record of analyzing data and developing actionable insights.
Strong digital marketing and business aptitude with e-commerce experience.
Strong project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
Exceptional organizational, project planning, and time management skills.
Authority to prioritize work to resolve operational or departmental issues.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team setting, and across external and internal stakeholder groups.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong attention to detail, with a keen focus on quality.
Comfort with multi-tasking.

Knowledge of Hubspot, Google Analytics and JIRA.
