Job Description:

  • This position is Full-time

The Clinic Manager maintains all activities related to the conduct of clinical trials at the site including but not limited to:

  • Ensure the clinic site provides an overall positive experience for our patients
  • Assist in patient recruitment (social media, radio, TV, calls)
  • Site schedule management
  • Organize all patient visits
  • Ensure study coordinator hours are scheduled appropriately for the patient schedule
  • Work with physicians to schedule their portion of the patient’s visit * Learning and preparing for new clinical research studies at the site
  • Attending Investigator Meetings (US based, all expenses paid)
  • Training new hires
  • Management of study coordinators (team members?) at the site
  • Organizes all documentation and regulatory submissions
  • Assist in setting site specific and company goals
  • Assist in business development

Career Development:

Once proven to possess a firm grasp of the end-to-end execution of study protocols, company operations, and recruitment tactics, the Clinic Manager may evolve into a Regional Manager managing multiple of the company’s research sites in a specific geographic area.

Requirements:

  • R.N.
  • Previous Research or Healthcare experience is not required
  • Minimum 2-3 years work experience
  • Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
