About the Company:

Golden Recycling LLC is an electronic recycling company located in Phoenix, AZ 85034. We are currently looking for a full-time Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.

Business hours: Monday to Friday (07:30AM-04:00PM)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to listen effectively
  • Greets walk-in customer and answer question clearly and competently
  • Interacts with customers via telephone, email and face-to-face
  • Taking messages, filing and other General Office duties
  • Drafts necessary quotes and documents
  • Computes price
  • Maintains and follow up on all orders, deliveries, quotes
  • Information searching
  • Performs other duties and assignments as required

Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 1 years of customer service experience is preferred
  • Proficient in Spanish and English is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of customer services ethics, principles and procedures
  • Competent with working on a computer; familiar with Microsoft applications
  • Strong communication skills: written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently
  • Can pass a drug test and criminal background check

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 /hour
