Residential Improvement Services is a locally owned residential remodeling, roofing, & inspection company specializing in providing customers a streamlined remodeling experience with the best products on the market and the best service. We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Sales Manager to join our fast growing team!

We are looking for an experienced door to door sales person to establish a new sales division and teach what they know to the next generation! We employ our own in-house project managers so that our sales reps can focus on selling new jobs without the distractions of dealing with on-going projects.

The ideal candidate has the perfect combination of a fearless/aggressive/honest communicator with an extreme work ethic and can handle rejection... and can prove it! With the base salary plus commissions it's possible to make $5K per month from day one! An average salesman will have a minimum yearly earning package of 75K/yr. If you are exceptional, you'll be able to earn over 150K/yr.

Qualifications:

Must be able to pass a background check
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license
Basic computer and internet skills
Ability to use a smartphone
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (i.e. ladders)
Ability to climb on roofs

Required Experience:

Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience
1 year experience in cold calling
3+ years experience in outside sales in the roofing industry
2+ years experience in door knocking
Ability to diagnose issues with residential & commercial roofing
Ability to present insurance estimates via xactimate
Ability to use all types of ladders
Ability to get on all types roofs to inspect the area
Proven record of performing at a high level
Direct customer communication throughout the claim and roofing process
Payment collection

Job Duties will be to:

Establish door to door knocking sales program for roofing & remodeling divisions
Knock doors of storm damaged areas to set roofing inspection appointments
schedule no-cost no-obligation inspections for future home roofing needs
Hire & train door to door appointment setters during storm seasons
Establish and build connections with local insurance agents
Discover & scout storm damaged areas
Meet with insurance adjusters
Maintain positive attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees and supervisors.
Communicate effectively with fellow employees and customers to ensure complete alignment at all times during the service, repair and/or remodeling process.
Work with, mentor and train installers and helpers that are under your leadership.
Conduct and attend weekly meetings and company or vendor training as required.
Maintain necessary licenses or certifications and complete required continuing education.
Display professional conduct at all times.
Always follow safety protocols, processes, regulations and company policies.
Wear company shirts at all times and maintain well-groomed appearance in accordance with company policies.
Other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION PLAN:

Weekly Pay
Uncapped commissions based on up to 70% of net profit for each roof sold.
