Are you a sales professional that is passionate about helping customers grow? Do you thrive on building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with customers? Are you looking for a career where high ethical standards and hard work pay off?

The Account Executive role at Market Leader provides a compelling opportunity for professionals with a proven track record to generate new customers and grow our existing business, while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You are versed in working to generate new customers as well as building and working with an assigned book of business. You will increase revenue, build strong customer partnerships, and increase retention and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver new revenue every month (both with new customers and upsells)
Help own the success of every customer partnering with internal partners
Be responsive to every customer inquiry
Track relevant qualification and lead management activity in Salesforce
Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including call scripts, audience segmentation and approach
Qualify interested candidates and arrange sales appointments
Deliver sales presentations in one or multiple contacts with a prospect
Meet or exceed opportunity/appointment quota through phone-based prospecting & lead qualification
Provide value added market intelligence to the Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams
Effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections, competitive questions, and other FAQs
Proactively manage your schedule, leads pipeline, and campaigns in order to meet milestones and quarterly objectives
REQUIREMENTS

Ability to conduct extensive cold calls and email campaigns
Salesforce.com or other CRM experience is preferred
2+ years relevant software sales or account management experience with a proven record of success preferred
History of success in reaching goals
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
Team player with solid communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to self-manage in an autonomous work environment
Proven successful track record of phone based sales preferred
Have a motivated and positive work ethic
Past experience in quickly analyzing and overcoming complex obstacles
Ability to quickly identify and locate information across multiple sources
Ability to receive feedback and apply coaching
Four-year degree preferred
