Qualifications:
- Must have a current Life Insurance license or willing to obtain within 15 days of offer!
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) encouraged to apply but must speak English fluently
- Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
- Must have telephone, internet and computer access to work remotely
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass fingerprinting and background check
- Must have flexible schedule to attend critical trainings & virtual meetings
- Available to work Full-Time 0r a minimum of 25 hours a week; must have flexibility to work necessary hours
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Duties:
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive sales growth
- Perform product demonstrations to potential customers
- Maintain organized records of sales leads and customer interactions
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage sales pipeline effectively
- Demonstrate leadership qualities to motivate team members and achieve sales targets
