For our location in Colorado Springs we are looking for

eLearning Specialist

We are seeking a full-time eLearning specialist to produce engaging training content. The eLearning specialist will be tasked with the creation of learning products from pre to post-production. The ideal candidate will possess both technical and design skills and work on a variety of projects simultaneously. The key responsibilities for this position are:

Experience using TechSmith Camtasia and or Adobe Captivate 7 or later.
Create clear and appealing voice overs
Create high quality, visually appealing training videos and necessary assets
Create and integrate graphics into video content.
Collaborate on creative planning and overall direction of content
Work closely with the Enablement Team
Focus on Rapid eLearning Development is a MUST!
Experience working with Digital Adoption Platform programs preferred.

2+ years experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create and edit training videos required (Camtasia)
Ability to create DAP content preferred.
Proficiency with graphic design software tools from Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with audio editing and podcast production.
Ability to work quickly and within guidelines.
Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
College degree preferred, not required. High School diploma or equivalent GED required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is necessary.
Must have working knowledge of basic administrative Windows office computer programs.
Video Editing: 2 years (Required)
