Holcim Building Envelope, a recognized leader in the roofing and construction industry, is looking to grow our team in the Indianapolis area in a number of production roles.
Pay: $25.94/hr or more based on the role (plus a $1.00 shift differential for night shift)
Requirements of our production positions are:
- Hydraulic Forklift Experience
- Recent Manufacturing/Production Line Experience
- Ability to work Nights Schedule - 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and weekends, overtime as required. Shifts are on a 2/2/3 rotation (three-day weekend twice a month)
- Ability to work in non temperature controlled environment,
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods,

We are hiring for the following:
Packager: Located at the end of production line, palletizing finished product, labeling, moving finished product to warehouse staging area.
The plant is located in Beech Grove, on the Southeast Side of Indianapolis and is a 24/7 operation, producing asphalt roofing products.
