Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in operations, consulting or sales, and working cross-functionally and globally.
3 years of work experience in digital measurement and/or digital advertising industries.
Experience with leading teams that manage digital advertising campaigns for large, complex clients with proficiency in Google’s media products.
Understanding of the digital display marketplace, technical aptitude and excellent analytical skills.
Demonstrated understanding of relational databases, and measurement and attribution solutions.
Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of data-driven solutions and deliver customer-focused results in a competitive environment.

As a Manager of Ads Data Hub professional services team, you will lead a team of Ads Data Hub (ADH) technical experts and customer engineers, working across the entire advertising ecosystem in the Americas. The team responsibilities include product onboarding, up-leveling agencies and partners, designing advanced solutions, channeling customer feedback to Engineering teams, and scaling solutions globally. In this role, you will collaborate with executive stakeholders in Sales, Commercialization, Product Management and Engineering. You will develop relationships, define responsibilities and create clarity for the team, while enabling a strategic and high-growth product. With creativity, collaboration, and client-centricity as guiding principles, you will coach, advocate, and showcase the team’s impact on the business.

Manage the relationship between gPS and Sales Leadership, co-creating and owning the book of business for Ads Data Hub.
Take a leadership role in customer relationships, modeling technical consulting for the team, and mitigating complex escalations.
Foster and promote the Ads Data Hub ecosystem for agencies and partners, who bring their product expertise to our advertisers and scale our resources.
