Job Details
Works within a team environment to build strong customer relationships to achieve monthly/annual sales targets and customer retention.
Primary point of contact for entering customer orders in an ERP system, documenting communications in a CRM system and developing product sales quotes
Interfaces with customers and internal resources to ensure timely delivery and communications of customer orders and technical specifications
Manages incoming customer phone calls and email inquiries from customers, company representatives, and sales managers.
Issues RMA, repair orders and other post-sales support as needed
Performs outbound calling and lead prospecting as required

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and three years of inside sales /customer service experience or seven years’ experience as an inside sales person or customer service representative.

Other Qualifications:
Excellent communications and customer relationship skills
Professional B2B Sales and/or Customer service experience
Prior experience with inside/outside sales in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with a focus on the customer and delivering results
Experience with Microsoft office, ERP and CRM. Sales Logix experience, a plus
Knowledge of import/export processes and procedures preferred


Bachelors or better.
