Overview of the Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and offer tailored services that exceed their expectations of provided by our client
- Initiate engagement with customers by working alongside our sales team members to expand the customer base and generate company revenue
- Provide support to each customer answer any inquiries, troubleshooting services, and ensuring each delivery is met on time to complete the customers experience
- Obtain a comprehensive and extensive knowledge of products and promotions by attending weekly team meetings
- Ensure all operations are under company compliance guidelines
- Acquire new and existing customers information in a professional manner that builds customer trust and loyalty
- Work closely with other team members and departments to drive sales and consumer acquisitions while maintaining superior customer service
Customer Support Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a customer service, customer support or similar role is preferred
- Ability to handle customer information and data in a responsible manner
- Active listening to be the primary point of contact for each customer and provide essential customer support
- Proven ability to problem-solve on the spot, negotiate, and close deals
- Practical communication skills when working with customers in an immediate setting
- Keen attention to detail
