The Team Lead is responsible for the daily management of a Team of Agents who work in Business Processing Operations environment.
Team Management and coaching of Agents
Day to Day ops activities defined by the process owner work distribution
Client Interaction Reporting on SLA performance
Training Process improvement
Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service Experience
Minimum of 1 years of Experience Supervising a Team
Project Management Six Sigma or Lean certification
Experience in a BPO environment
Experience in a Contact Center environment
