What You Will Do
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for keeping our portfolio of innovative medical devices available to our customers. You will lead a cross-functional team to ensure our products continue to meet the world’s changing regulatory requirements.
When our Regulatory team identifies products that will not meet a new requirement, you will drive our business to make a smart decision on whether those products should be updated or retired. You will also organize and lead the efforts to update or retire them.
In this role, you will work closely with our Regulatory, Marketing, International, R&D, and Demand Planning functions to ensure our portfolio of products continues to help us achieve our mission: Together with our customers, we are driven to make healthcare better.
You will lead a cross-functional team and ensure all technical and business requirements are met.
You will manage cost, schedule, and performance.
You will manage risks.
You will deliver updates to existing products and documentation.
You will develop business processes needed to make the project a success.
You will manage and inform stakeholders.
You will ensure a positive return on investment.
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in related field or equivalent.
4+ years of relevant experience
Successful track record of managing projects related to the development, maintenance, or marketing of a product.
Ability to apply sound business judgement.
Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
Ability to bring together multiple functions as a cohesive team.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Degree or background that allows you to understand engineering problems and trade-offs.
Strongly preferred: Experience at a medical device company.
