Able to welcome patients and visitors in a courteous manner, determine the purpose of the visit and direct them to the appropriate person. Promptly and professionally answer telephone calls to assist patient needs. Facilitates patient flow and communicates delays with patients. Follows clinic policies on safety and security. Explains financial requirements to the patients or responsible parties and collects copays as required. Responsible for keeping the reception area and waiting area clean and organized. Performs other duties as assigned.
