We are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families, and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Homecare Coordinator to join our Paterson and Union City office.
Position Description:
As a Homecare Branch Manager, you will be responsible for growing, nurturing and overseeing all homecare services provided by our agency. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients and their families, ensuring that their care needs are met and that they are receiving the highest standard of care. You will be working closely with our team of caregivers to ensure that our clients are receiving personalized and comprehensive care plans that cater to their specific needs. You will be responsible to grow the office and go out and meet with aides and advertise with promotional materials and flyers when possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all homecare services for clients and aides, including scheduling and caregiver assignments. Growth of office and recruitment is a must!
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and caregivers to ensure that care needs and preferences are understood and met.
- Monitor caregiver performance and provide guidance and feedback to ensure quality care is being delivered.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care for clients.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in home healthcare, care coordination, or as a CHHA who understands this role and how to grow and care for clients and aides.
- Strong knowledge of home healthcare industry and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
-Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
