As Assistant Manager of Human Resources, you would be the leader of Customer Service and Employee Relations in the store location. The primary contact for all benefits, payroll, scheduling, and training questions in the store, you would have the opportunity to develop your own career path in a fast paced and energetic professional environment. Another aspect of this position that is challenging and rewarding is the recruitment, hiring, and training of new associates. In your Human Resource role, you would manage the coaching and development of store associates through both formal and informal interactions as well as role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.
