Montgomery Irrigation is a small business in Jessup, MD. We are professional, agile, customer-centric and our goal is to We are a local irrigation company that has been in business for over 30+ years and are continuing to grow every year. We currently have branches in Jessup, MD, Eastern Shore, MD, Chantilly, VA, and Richmond, VA. Throughout each year we provide training and teambuilding activities to encourage growth within the company as well as a team atmosphere. This position is located at our MD/Corporate office and the hours will be M-F from 8am-5pm with an hour for lunch. Overtime will be offered and encouraged during our busy months which consist of mid-March through May and late September through November..

Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to customers to schedule maintenance and service jobs in scheduling software - Service Titan
· Effectively schedule jobs according to the optimal technician routes
· Handle customer inquires efficiently regarding their appointments, account, invoices, etc.
· Create new customer accounts and maintain database accuracy
· Maintain clear communication with field technicians regarding appointment updates/adjustments/time sensitive inquiries as needed
· Create and send letters to current and potential customers
· Assist all Managers with various tasks as needed
· Experience with Service Titan software (Preferred)
· Fluency in Spanish (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
