Then the Youth Employment Opportunity Program (YEOP) may be for you! We are seeking individuals that are self-driven, creative, and are interested in working with youth. The ideal candidate would have a passion for helping other youth achieve their educational and occupational goals. You will work collaboratively, independently, as well as with a diverse and talented group of student assistants, mentors, and managers.

In this job, you will assist youth clients to achieve their academic and career goals. The duties include outreaching target clients, presenting career related workshops and information in both individual and group setting, managing caseloads.

Position exists in Hollister.

Special Requirements
The position(s) require(s) fluency in the Spanish language. If the State of California does not have a current record documenting your fluency in this language, you will be required to successfully pass an approved language fluency test prior to being hired.
Students must have the ability to read and write at a level necessary to document activities.

Students who are Youth Employment Opportunity Program (YEOP) eligible must be between the ages of 15 and 25, have a desire to help other youth, and are currently enrolled in at least six (6) semester units or the equivalent of college courses at an accredited college or university, with a GPA of 2.0 or higher may apply for this position. Copies of your transcript(s) will be required prior to employment and after completion of each semester thereafter.

Background Investigations Requirement
The position(s) may require an applicant to pass a background investigation.
