Performance Driven Workforce is looking for Evaluation Drivers to support our automotive client in Northville, MI. We are seeking safe, self-motivated professional drivers to participate in evaluating a European EV. The position will require full-time, on-the-road testing in real-world conditions on roadways in designated cities in Florida including Miami, Tampa and Orlando. The selected applicant will be part of a 3-person/3 vehicle team and spend up to 2 weeks in designated regional locations.
Applicants must be willing to travel in 2-3 week increments to support varying phases of the project.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Drive and handle all vehicles responsibly to ensure damage prevention and protect the client’s property at all times
- Drive vehicles on public roads as directed
- Monitor data tracking equipment as needed
- Ensure vehicles have adequate fuel, including refueling vehicles as needed
- Maintain interior and exterior vehicle appearance, including washing cars as needed, removing garbage and debris within vehicles, vacuuming, and wiping down vehicle interior
- Check washer fluid and refill as needed
Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with three years of driving experience in the U.S. and a good driving Record
- Ability to drive vehicles on busy streets in varying levels of traffic
- Ability to park vehicles on busy streets, including parallel parking when required
- Ability to assume responsibility for the valuable property of customers and PDW clients
- Willingness to learn and perform a wide range of allocated tasks
- Willingness to work regular schedule and overtime as needed

Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 52 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
License/Certification:
- Driver's License with three years of driving experience (Required)
