Management Consulting Firm requires a Senior Manager to support change management, organizational assessments, and employee engagement efforts. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 8+ years of consulting Experience. The project will involve working directly with the government agencies in DC.
The primary work location is the Metro Washington, DC, area. This position is required to be onsite at least once a week at LinkVisum Headquarters and on client site upon request, as needed.
Responsibilities
Your role and responsibilities include, but will not be limited to, the following:
· Develop strategic human capital plans
· Collaborating with organizational leaders and stakeholders
· Analyzing data and developing findings and recommendations addressing organizational and employee needs.
Experience in management consulting and demonstrated Experience in several of the following areas:
- Communication and Change Management
- Human Capital Strategy and Management
- Organizational Assessment and Improvement
- Strategic Workforce Planning
- Facilitation
Requirements:
· Minimum of 8+ years of Consulting experience
· Bachelor’s degree Required
· U.S. Citizenship is required
