Job Summary:
As a Remote Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients. You will work remotely, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our insurance products and services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance products and services
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the insurance market and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development opportunities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
- Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home with reliable internet connection and necessary equipment for remote work
