This group is responsible for supporting Audible's Human Resource function. This includes technical oversight of core HR functions, and also systems to oversee compensation, performance management, hiring and payroll. The team is embarking on a system consolidation of our core HR functions to provide a world class system for our employees but also to enable our growing business. You will be working with business stakeholders to define and implements flows and interactions across HR functions.
A successful candidate possesses deep knowledge of and experience with Workday and has the ability to learn and adapt to technologies such as Java and AWS technologies like S3, SNS, SQS, SWF, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB, and Elasticache. Working as an Application Engineer at Audible, you will combine innovation with industry best practices to architect and build quality and scalable solutions to solve complex business problems that others haven’t solved yet. Basic Qualifications 5+ years professional experience using Workday/PeopleSoft technology 5+ years professional experience implementing integrations on ERP platforms such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, and SalesForce 5+ years professional experience developing with OOP languages such as Java, Python, .NET, and Ruby Knowledge of Workday core HR functionality Ability to learn and adopt new technologies Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing and changing environment Verbal and written proficiency in the English language Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical field or the equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Expertise in the following Workday technologies: Web Service APIs Studio EIB Report Writer Cloud Connect Business Process Framework Configurable Security Audible is an Equal Opportunity Employer-Minority/ Female/ Disability/ Vet
