2 years of work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or sales strategy.
Experience in leading projects end-to-end (analyzing data across multiple sources, leading interviews with senior stakeholders, synthesizing insights, storylining and presenting to top executives)
Experience in managing, influencing and persuading stakeholders without direct authority
Demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic initiatives
Ability to manipulate and analyze complex data sets.
Executive-level written/verbal communication skills
Extensive problem-solving skills.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will launch business strategy projects. You will identify opportunities to accelerate growth and increase efficiencies by working with sales leaders and collaborating with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will have exposure to sales and operations leaders at all levels as you solve problems across the organization, develop recommendations, and present to leadership. Your overarching objective will be to help Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams effectively and efficiently grow globally.

Lead, launch, and land global strategic and operations projects to help sales teams be more effective in helping customers grow.
Collaborate with cross-functional strategy and operations and sales enablement teams to drive critical initiatives to success.
