Although we are headquartered locally in St. Petersburg, FL our business extends internationally with locations in Mexico, Europe, Asia, and Canada. Globally, America II employs nearly 500 employees.

We are searching for a highly organized Sales Support Coordinator to add to our Latin America team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment handling a variety of administrative responsibilities within the sales group. This position requires bilingual skills in Spanish and English.

Summary of Duties :

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manipulate customer lists using advanced Excel operations.
  • Enter/monitor information for Mexico/Latin America shipments.
  • Work with customs freight forwarder and Logistics Department.
  • General administrative support to the Latin America team.
  • Work with Global Purchasing department expediting, feeding data and communicating on Latin America transactions.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities :

  • Advanced Excel skills required including the ability for V-look ups.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English. Only candidates with these language skills will be considered.
  • Strong customer services skills.
  • Previous experience working in a sales environment in a support role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively to solve challenges.
  • Takes initiative.
