Duties:
- Oversee and manage the tax compliance process, including the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Assist with financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support to ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on mergers and acquisitions activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Proven experience as a Tax Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficient in financial report interpretation and analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with Ultra Tax and Fixed Asset CS is a must
- Familiarity with financial planning and analysis concepts
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: $96,496.00 - $123,496.00 per year
