As a consulting company, this position requires a willingness to travel 100% for the first two years. After that time, the Team Member will be assigned to a specific region. Team Members may also be asked to relocate.

The Validation Engineer works within a team leveraging their experience in the pharmaceutical industry to:

  • Provide daily work projections and progress reports
  • Mentor and train team members
  • Effective communication to clients and Team Members
  • Validation Protocol drafting
  • Floor support with manufacturing execution
  • Escalation of exceptional conditions
  • Post execution protocol management
  • Authoring and management of summary reports

The successful Validation Engineer must have/be:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline and/or comparable military experience
  • Great soft skills, excellent verbal and written communication
  • Positive personality and solution driven mantra is key
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and follow through
  • Value committed and Integrity
  • Dedicated work ethic
  • Demonstrate strong personal attributes that include: teamwork, professionalism and the ability to see the “big picture”
