Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses.
· Stay current with tax laws and regulations.
· Offer exceptional customer service.
· Collaborate with the team for accurate tax filings.
· Utilize tax preparation software and technology.
Qualifications:
· Be able to perform tasks independently.
· Minimum of 3 years of tax preparation experience.
· CPA or EA credential is a plus.
· Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
· Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in tax preparation software and technology.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Commitment to ethics and client confidentiality.
