The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for providing recommendations and executing on compensation and benefits strategy, design and analysis to support the strategic objectives and business goals of the company. Under the direction of the Head of People Experience, they will provide expertise and day-to-day management of the compensation function. The ideal candidate is a seasoned compensation veteran who is data-driven, analytical and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the compensation function for the entire company across multiple locations, including grading and compensation analysis for new roles, data analysis, and total rewards strategy execution
Research and bring in-depth understanding of external benchmarking, best practices, and innovation to the total rewards program
Partner with the Head of People Experience and Leadership Team to develop and execute on a robust total rewards strategy inclusive of compensation, benefits and other motivators
Partner with Employee Success to execute annual benefits renewal and open enrollment to support the overall total rewards strategy
Support the annual year-end compensation planning and data refresh
Research, recommend and deliver a solution for annual Total Rewards Statements
Coordinate the annual review of sales incentive plans to drive timely design, approval and roll-out of the plans. Measure effectiveness of plan design
Perform periodic reporting to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees
Develop and maintain job descriptions for all roles within the company
Maintain HRIS and Total Reward system with accurate and up-to-date role and compensation information
Provide input into the development of department strategy & goals
Promote and exemplify the core values of Collaboration, Innovation, Passion, Integrity and Fun
Ability to travel up to 10%

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance or related field or equivalent experience required
5+ years of experience compensation analysis and administration required, SaaS or other high tech business experience preferred
Experience in sales incentive plan design required
CCP strongly preferred

Skills

Strong communication and consulting skills
General knowledge of compensation practices, principles, concepts, and standards
Excellent analytical skills; ability to analyze statistical/financial data, understand cost impact to business and develop recommendations
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
HRIS experience required; prior experience with ADP strongly preferred
Knowledge of compensation policies and laws, California HR policy and law knowledge a plus
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong organization, multitasking and time management skills
Proactive and a self-starter able to work independently within a team environment
Maturity, professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality a must
Highly motivated and results-oriented
