Job Description
Represent SKECHERS in a friendly and professional manner while greeting and providing exceptional service to employees/customers. Demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and customer service. This person maintains a clean and safe cafe. Responsibilities include but are not limited to wiping tables and chairs, cleaning counters, removing trash, running food, maintaining inventory and washing dishes, utensils and equipment.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

Meet and greet customers.

Wiping tables and chairs.

Clean counters and remove debris.

Running food/ stocking inventory.

Maintain inventory.

Washing dishes, utensils and equipment.

Follows proper food safety standards.

Hat: Hair is to be tucked in neat beneath the hat and/or tightly pulled back. Attendant and Busser are to wear Savva's logo hat.

Hygiene: Clean and well groomed hair in natural tones. Hair pulled back off the shoulder. Well groomed hands and fingernails. Finger nails to be moderate in length and fingernail polish is not preferred. If it is worn, natural tones are acceptable.

Shoes: Shoes must be Skechers brand, black, close toed, and have non-skid soles.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES-

Wraps / bags merchandise for customers.

Cleans shelves, counters, tables and floors

Arrange / Display merchandise

Rotate and supplement stock as necessary

EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATION-

Previous similar experience a plus

High School Diploma, or equivalent

ServSafe Certified

Bi-Lingual preferred
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies and procedures, and operating and maintenance instructions.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Supervision: Direct Supervision
Additional Information: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk; sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long period of times.

Pants- Pants are to be black. Denim is not permitted.

Hosiery- Hosiery and/or socks must be worn, must be all black with all black SKECHERS shoes.

Shirt- Attendant and Busser are to wear a long sleeve Savva's logo'd shirt.

Cosmetics- Cosmetics should look natural and compliment skin tone. No extreme colors or styles are permitted.

Jewelry I Watch- may be worn with a tight fitting band. Bracelets are not allowed. Wedding ring with a closely attached stone is acceptable. Tattoos- Visible tattoos must be covered and/or approved by the Director

Facial Hair - A clean shaven face is preferred. Facial hair is not to be ½ way. Sideburns are allowed but must not extend below the earlobes. Mutton chops and the like are not acceptable Mustaches are permitted, but must be well groomed, trimmed daily and must not extend below the upper lip.

All clothes must be in good repair, clean and well laundered.
