The Title division of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston in seeking a dynamic, hard-working individual with a positive attitude to join its team. The Administrative Assistant will support the Title Coordinator, underwriters and other members of the group through a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, research and phone support. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player and have proven superior customer service skills.


  • Research for prior policies/HUD for all listings and listings sold
  • Provide phone support
  • Research prior policy phone look-ups for attorneys
  • Act as liaison for group with agents, property owners and attorneys

Required Experience, Skills and Education:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Effective verbal and listening communications skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous administrative or office support experience strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel
