Full Job Description
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of relevant work experience including experience leading Sales Operations organizations in a global, matrixed organization in Enterprise Technology.
Experience working with executive leadership and partnering with Sales and/or Product Management.
MBA or Master's degree.
Experience creating and completing complex projects in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and often ambiguous environment; collaborative and team-oriented working style.
Ability to influence with data, including skill sets in spreadsheet modeling, financial and decision analysis, working with large datasets, and being able to communicate verbally and in written or presentation format.
Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

The Central Sales Operations (CSO) team reports to the Senior Director of Google Cloud Strategy & Operations and carries responsibility to coordinate and govern core global business processes such as Strategic Planning Cycle, Forecasting and Quarterly Business Reviews. The Central team coordinates across global, regional and functional leadership teams to run seamless operations.
As the Head of Sales Operations Center of Excellence, you will partner with Sales, Operations and Finance leadership to create and manage the strategic initiatives and operational processes that support Google Cloud’s Business. You are a thought leader with strong organizational, analytical and strategic thinking capabilities that enable you to rapidly define, build and lead strategic initiatives and processes for Sales Operations organizations globally.

Identify, structure, and lead key strategic initiatives for Google Cloud Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations across regional and functional operations teams.
Project manage end-to-end initiatives that expand across Google Cloud (Sales, Operations, Finance and Product) businesses to ensure processes are successfully executed.
Lead processes and workstreams to make sure the GTM strategy lands into operational effectiveness.
Drive Operational Excellence across Google Cloud teams to ensure we drive efficient sales processes end-to-end.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews across Google teams.
