ManTech is seeking a Help Desk SME 1 to support our operations in North Charleston, SC.
Key roles and responsibilities (duties) include:
Review, monitor and process help desk tickets.
Reroute and resolve misrouted work orders, ensuring best course of action for handling of work orders is achieved.
Determine and gather facts behind any conflict that arises with a work order and record facts in the work order providing the information to customer for further handling.
Update each work order assigned to the customer.
Prepare reports from the ticket management system.
Track and review inventory data sheets, drawings, configuration files, and Preventive Maintenance (PM) Reports from the maintenance technicians.
Upload documentation to various repository systems.
Possible telework upon review.
