Busy listing agent in need of professional assistant to help with all aspects of real estate. Prefer someone withreal estate sales license. Handling paperwork, transaction desk, MLS, showing houses, holding open houses, etc. I'm looking for a person who is professional, ethical, knowledgeable or able to learn the business quickly. I'm a very experienced real estate agent and I can teach the right person a lot about the business, if they are willing to learn. I usually sell high end homes and, therefore want someone who is dedicated to being an excellent professional. Need someone to work with buyers and can receive a commission split, etc. if licensed.
Location is very important. Must live at or near the intracoastal/beaches areas.
