As the Senior Manager Magento Cloud Product Management, you will develop a high-performing team of product managers responsible for product strategy, roadmap planning and execution for Magento's Cloud offering, with the goal of making Magento's Cloud platform the most cost-effective, fastest to market, and performance optimized way to run Magento Commerce. You will work with a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, business development managers, marketers and partners to help develop the platform roadmap and grow the revenue it generates. You will hire and develop outstanding product managers, and help foster a collaborative, team-first organization.

This role will make a strategic contribution, driving and delivering on our product strategy and delivering meaningful business results, as well as an operational one, driving excellence of the internal and external customer experience. It will report to the Director of Magento Product Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and lead a team of high performance Product Managers and Owners.
Study market and customer needs, using structured research and data to build business case for product investments.
Drive product strategy and roadmap, drive to timely decisions at Executive and staff level, and communicate to the company, its customers and partners, and the Magento Community.
Translate big-picture goals into specific priorities, plans and objectives; drive multiple projects from concept to delivery; measure results against those objectives.
Collaborate closely with peers in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Sales and Services to ensure product success.
Forecast business impact from product plans and measuring and communicating success or failure of initiatives after launch.
Develop thought leadership and evangelize next-generation omnichannel commerce, serve as a spokesperson for your product to customers, prospects and the industry.
Foster effective team collaboration with internal business partners, the open source community, technology & solution partners
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in product management, including experience managing PaaS / SaaS solutions
Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing a successful commercial software product management team.
Specific experience in retail e-commerce product management and/or development.
Expertise in order management is preferred, background in order management, inventory management, on-line/off-line integration across solutions like ERP, POS etc. will be considered.
Proven ability to lead larger cross-functional teams to execute product strategy, roadmap execution and GTM and operational plans.
Proven ability to self-manage, self-motivate and prioritize to be effective even in times of ambiguity. Results-oriented, with a strong bias for action.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the desire and ability to present to and influence internal and external audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in related field required; Master's degree and/or 10+ years professional related work experience preferred.
Technical knowledge of web application architecture in particular Linux – Apache – MySQL – PHP technologies is highly desired
