About the Systems Administrator role

e.l.f. Cosmetics is currently looking for a collaborative, organized and experienced IT Systems Administrator in the Bay Area to join our dynamic, high-growth beauty company. This position will be based in our Oakland corporate headquarters and will report directly to the Senior Operations Manager, Technology.

The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for monitoring, organizing, and supporting our Oakland offices applications and systems. In this role, you will collaborate with a variety of internal and external partners to provide helpdesk and desktop support on-site in acmixed Windows and Mac environment. You will manage a variety of tasks from acting as a positive, outgoing representative of the e.l.f. brand with all office visitors to supporting the team to planning and organizing office events. As Oakland is our corporate headquarters, you will also be required to provide high-touch support to our senior executive team.

If you are a positive and outgoing person, able to work with a variety of personalities and a strong communicator who can effectively manage your time, then this may be the right role for you. We also want to make sure you have must have deep and broad knowledge of the following: Mac OS/Windows OS, Active Directory and Single Sign-On (Okta preferred), Windows file sharing/Apple file protocol, VOIP Systems (Avaya preferred), and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite or other creative team applications. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years’ experience managing an office of at least 30 people.
