Starting March 2020, 1 day per week to expand to 5 days in 2021, with office location between 40th and 60th streets in New York.

Based in London, Zurich and New York, AlternativeSoft is an award-winning financial software company which sells a quantitative software for Fund Selection for hedge funds, long only funds, private equity, for Portfolio Construction, for Reporting, both web and desktop based. Our company has international clients, out of which, 40% are from USA, 20% from UK, 20% from Switzerland.

Job Description

Professional, skilled, personable and polished Administrative Assistant needed for very busy real estate office. Supports Executive MD and 2 Senior MDs. Overtime is mandatory for this position, late nights and occasional weekend work. Must be flexible and detail oriented and able to work with high level brokers in a high energy environment.

Essential Job Duties

Create moderately complex correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations.

Collects expenses (no accounting) for New York and London offices

Provide support to the CEO in New York

Organize internal meetings within the firm between New York and London

Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotel reservations, office management, tax management knowledge for company and employees

Keep worldwide costs down

Manage clients invoicing

May perform other duties as assigned

Skills, Education and Experience

High School diploma required; Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred

Minimum 2 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant, related industry experience a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet research skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to maintain discretion regarding personnel and industry-related matters

Ability to interact successfully with all levels of company

Payrolls or payroll outsourcing management

Must be entrepreneur
