Position Summary:
The Gwinnett County Administrative Office of the Courts is seeking an administrative support associate to assist in all aspects of coordinating jury trials for the courts of Gwinnett County. The purpose of this position is to assist in various office procedures such as preparing jurors for trials, performing data entry, answering phones, providing customer service, and performing general office work in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide various monthly and yearly reports.
Assist in coordinating monthly court hearings and prepare files and documents in accordance with those hearings.
Review and verify information; sort and assemble jury paperwork for courtrooms.
Answer routine questions on the front counter and over the telephone.
Review and analyze juror questionnaires and requests for excusals and deferrals.
Scan, archive, and retrieve records and documents.
Perform data entry.
Cross train for various needs associated with the Administrative Office of the Courts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and two years of clerical experience in a moderately complex office setting preferred.
Efficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public, attorneys, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and receive work direction.
Strong customer service skills essential.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
