Full Job Description
The Home Service Coordinator is responsible for making outbound calls and generating outbound emails to prospective Pro Referral pros with the goal of getting those providers to become a part of the Pro Referral community. They will be expected to stay on a scripted message but also speak confidently to the value of using the Pro Referral Platform and partnering with THD. These associates will also field inbound calls from prospective Pros and Customers and will be responsible for accurately dispositioning the value of leads within sourcing campaigns.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
60% Placing outbound calls and sending emails to prospective Providers as part of targeted sourcing campaigns
30% Receiving and handling inbound calls from Prospective providers and handling or routing those calls per internal policies
10% Documenting customer interactions using web-based software tools and ensure end-to-end support. Other activities as assigned by leadership
NATURE AND SCOPE
Position reports to the Supervisor of Pro Referral Contact Center
No direct responsibility for supervising others.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area.
Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Outbound calling experience
Retail experience to include selling skills
Trade/Home Improvement experience
Proficiency in web based systems to gather and update information.
Solid information capturing, to include audible to text documentation as well as other forms of complete interaction capturing
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create an emotional connection with Pros, customers and business partners
Excellent verbal and written skills
Attention to quality and detail
Microsoft Windows/Office proficient
