We’re looking for a well-organized applicant to be our next Accounting Intern. This position will report to the Controller and be a member of the Accounting Department.
Intern will learn and be exposed to:
Real-world hands-on experience in an office environment.
Participation in accounting team meetings
Exposure to account payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
Application training on platforms such as Microsoft Office and NetSuite (CRM System)
Research and reconcile vendor billing and discrepancies
Assist Controller with monthly account reconciliations
Process accounts receivable customer invoicing
Participate in credit and collections process and
Excel data projects
Junior or senior accounting, finance, or business majors preferred, but others will be considered.
Must be motivated, organized, and possess excellent communication skills
Schedule and Compensation:
20-30 hours per week around intern’s schedule during the academic year.
$12 per hour
Date of the internship are flexible.
