ABB is seeking a Division Talent Partner Lead for its Cary, North Carolina location. The Integrated Talent Division Lead Partner is responsible for leading a team of skilled talent professionals who are delivering diverse talent for a wide range of roles across defined business units. In this role the Integrated Talent Division Lead Talent Partner will have a clear understanding of the client's business and talent needs; guide aligned team members in successful partnerships with business leaders, HR business partners and 3rd party stakeholders. In conjunction with the Director, North American Integrated Talent, you will design and deliver talent strategies, build and implement innovative approaches to identify talent channels as well as optimize day-to-day delivery on all Integrated Talent topics. In addition, the Integrated Talent Lead Talent Partner will lead projects and collaborate with fellow Integrated Talent Division Lead Talent Partners to ensure KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction is achieved. You will maintain confidentiality and operate with poise and integrity in a complex, high-profile and rapidly changing environment. Finally, you will drive organizational dedication and accountability to deliver operational excellence, business focus and overall development of our people.

In this exciting role, you will:
  • Lead an experienced team of Talent Partners in the delivery, execution, and assessment of Talent initiatives.
  • Understand and execute business priorities, workforce planning outcomes, regional current and future capability requirements as well as any specific talent challenges by translating a business strategy into actionable steps.
  • Partner as a Talent advisor with internal partners by consistently using an open, consultative, employee and customer-focused mindset to ensure ABB s ability to attract the necessary talent.
  • Development and execution of the Regional Diversity strategy in partnership with key partners.
  • Identify talent needs and capability gaps to influence, shape and drive effective recruiting strategies tailored to the most critical talent needs across their respective business/geography.
  • Track and assess team performance using critical metrics and predictive analytics, while keeping an eye on emerging talent priorities and practice opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Human Resources; Communications; Organizational Development; Organizational Psychology or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of Human Resources/Talent Management/Recruiting experience; including at least 2 years in a Team Lead role where you lead and coach a team with a strong focus on strategic engagement and talent identification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience crafting solutions, with strong communication and collaborative partnership skills with internal and external partners to ensure the effective execution of Talent solutions.
  • Demonstrated success analyzing and presenting Talent Management/Acquisition data in a compelling narrative that drives data based impact and decisions for key business partners.
  • Experience utilizing metrics regularly to manage and maintain performance is required.
  • Must have the ability to provide clear direction quickly and on-demand to work effectively in an agile environment, handle multiple projects and daily ad-hoc operational activities.
  • Strong understanding of OFCCP compliance and US employment laws.
