Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a customer service representative & printing production staff. In this role, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service at the front desk while also assisting with various aspects of the printing process. This includes, printing set up, production, finishing, final packing of print orders, and utilizing your graphic design skills to enhance our projects and products.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, orders and general assistance at the front desk.
- Manage incoming print orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Operate printing equipment to produce high-quality prints according to customer specifications.
- Utilize graphic design software (e.g, Adobe creative suite0 to make adjustments to customer files or create custom designs as needed
- Perform cutting and finishing tasks to prepare print orders for delivery or pick up.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including printing and cutting areas.
- Provide support to others to other team members as needed to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in printing technology is a plus.
- Proven experience in a printing shop or related industry, with expertise in print, job management, finishing and print design & set up skills.
- Proficiency in adobe creative suite or similar design software.
- Familiarity with graphic design software is desired (Adobe Illustrator, In-design, Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks on a fast- paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high- quality work.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within our company.
- Critical thinker, detail-oriented.
- Willingness to take ownership and be accountable.
- Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
- Good understanding of the printing and graphic design industry.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery.
- Background shall be verified.
