As a production user interface designer, you’ll work as part of a multi-talented tribe of designers, product owners, developers and characters aimed at challenging the way brands are accessed and experienced. Working with a host of global brands, we dream big to pursue solutions at the largest scale.

You’ll be “hands on” supporting our team in the interface design, prototype, production and quality assurance of client’s brand management software, BEAM. As a brand advocate, you’ll help our clients understand, communicate and manage all aspects of their brand. As such, you’ll become immersed in the world of brand, comfortable in a fast-paced agency and a stickler for attention to detail!

Core responsibilities:
Work closely in support of internal development, product and client experience teams
Prepare presentations and demos for clients
Develop client training materials and modules
Contribute to the UX & UI of new BEAM product features
Guide the management, layout and loading of content to client brand management systems
Aid in the design production and handoff of front-end interface desings for development
Isolate the atomic elments of client-specific universal interface design systems
Scribe digital design system guidelines
Conduct design assurance reviews through the development process

Common tasks:
Outline information architecture and UX reviews
Wireframe design
UI design
Design prototyping
Visual/Design skinning of core and custom application components
Journey map custom modules
Oversee client content design / reformatting
Brand asset management & loading
Coordinate interface design to the development team
Conduct design assurance reviews

Requirements:
UI/UX graduate or digital production designer
1-3 years of agency experience
Fluent in design software: including Sketch, InVision and InDesign
A details hawk—has great attention to detail, across a variety of projects and timelines
Exudes a can-do attitude, is quick to take ownership and strives to produce work that “wows”
Has passion for contributing to a fun, humble, fast-paced culture
Displays an agile mindset, working on-site within a complex, cross-functional and collaborative ecosystem
Enthusiastic and eager to learn

Bonus points:
Video or motion graphic capabilities
Interest in branding & identity design systems
