Asian Pacific Counseling & Treatment Centers is a division of Special Service for Groups (SSG) and was the very first mental health center in Los Angeles County specifically developed to meet the unique needs of rapidly growing numbers of API immigrants and refugees who were in need of a wide range of mental health services.

SSG/Asian Pacific Counseling & Treatment Centers is seeking a Bachelor level Case Manager to work under our Children's Program to provide case management and daily rehab services for adolescents, transitional age youth and their families.

Case Manager (CM) duties include, but not limited to, providing intensive case management services, individual and group rehabilitation services to families, transitional age youth and adolescents. The CM will work with the treatment team to monitor his/her progress to assist in achieving the client's goals. The CM will provide linkage and coordination to community resources and conduct group activities that aids clients reach their recovery goals through teaching clients how to manage problems, daily living skills as well as teaching clients how to self advocate when necessary. The candidate must be bi-lingual in Korean.


_ Bachelor degree in Social Work, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Psychology or related field.

_ Proof of valid California driver's license and valid auto insurance.

_ Reliable transportation

_ MUST be bi-lingual in Korean or Spanish
