About the Role:
As the Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing our tech stack and all tech solutions. You will find new technology solutions and evaluate our existing ones while ensuring that our core systems run smoothly and our data is clean and accurate. You should be an expert at process design and automation with a focus on simplicity and ease of use. You will work across teams to develop new systems and automations to support complex business processes. A drive to collect metrics and data, and develop proper dashboards to enable smart decision-making is key.
Systems Used: Hubspot, Stripe, Google Workspace, Wix, Everwebinar, Zoom, Calendly, Gong, Calendly, Zapier, Kartra, Notion, and some html coding.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and manage our HubSpot CRM system, ensuring accurate data management, optimizing workflows, and creating automated processes to streamline operations.
- Develop and maintain integrations between various platforms using Zapier to automate tasks, improve data flow, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
- Provide technical support to the team, troubleshooting issues related to HubSpot, Zapier, Calendly, Zoom and other integrated tools.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including coaching, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for team members on new processes and tools.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and integrations.
- Oversee daily technical operations, including system updates and changes as defined by vendors.
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees.
- Provide reporting, analytics, and data cleanse projects as needed.
What You’ll Bring/Qualifications:

- Proven expertise with Hubspot & Zapier implementations and automations is a must.
- Experience with Kartra, Calendly, Hyros, Gong nice to have but not required.
- Confidence as a decision-maker, with fluency in data, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Ability to analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Prior start-up business experience is strongly preferred. Experience in a career coaching or similar industry is a plus but not required.
- Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US.
- Working in one of the US timezones is a must.
- Must have your own computer, phone, and high speed internet.
Who You’ll Work With:
You will report directly to the Operations Director, and work closely with members of the sales, coaching, and executive teams to help find new solutions to existing business challenges.
How You'll Be Compensated:
We are a 100% remote company with a flexible work schedule but want someone awake and working with the team in one of the US timezones. This role is a 1099 (for now with potential to become full time W2) paying between $70,000 - $85,000. Potential for growth.
