3D Communications has established itself as a global leader in healthcare communications, helping companies navigate the regulatory and payer landscape to communicate the clinical and economic value of their breakthrough therapies. Our services include stakeholder analysis, messaging, scripting, slide development, message testing, objection handling, and communications coaching.

We are looking for a seasoned Copy Editor who can work with internal content experts to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and copy write/edit content for all media forms. This may include promotional labeling (not limited to but including advertising, brochures, web material, educational presentations, video scripts, and social media) with minimal direction.

Candidates should have a proven ability to create fresh, compelling on-strategy marketing and advertising materials that work across channels and drive action.

Develop a consistent and creative voice across multiple media platforms.
Produce compelling, accurate copy-for-print (ads, brochures, flyers, in-office materials), event materials, and social media posts.
Write aligned to brand strategy for a variety of audiences (i.e. health care professionals, patients, consumers, and/or employees).
Partner with team to develop, pitch, and pull campaign concepts.
Incorporate feedback, comments, and changes from Marketing colleagues, cross-functional partners, and senior management while adhering to timelines and due dates.
Be able to work as part of a creative team.
Have strong communication skills.
Work within the legal and regulatory restrictions of pharmaceutical marketing.
Organize, prioritize and multi-task a variety of writing and proofreading assignments under pressure with an eye for consistent messaging.
Perform other duties or special projects as requested.
Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality pieces that reflect 3D Communications’ professionalism and strengthen our company’s reputation.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
5+ years of experience in copy writing preferred, pharmaceutical/healthcare experience a plus.
A portfolio that demonstrates creative and technical skills across all media.
Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills.
Understanding of and ability to work with medical concepts, information and data.
Experience with FDA guidelines regarding promotional claims.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Advertising, Marketing, or Creative Writing. Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in an advertising agency, marketing firm or department, or similar creative environment.

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
