Our Client is a 20-year staffing organization focused on the placement of professionals in the Construction, Environmental, and Design verticals. They help companies staff either temporary workers to supplement existing staff for project-based work or full-time employees for critical organizational roles. All recruiters are trained and knowledgeable in all areas of the Construction Trades and Management, Environmental Science and Services, Engineering and Architecture, as well as Emergency Response and Procedures.

Job Description:

  • Source, identify, screen, and interview relevant candidates for specific job requirements
  • Manage consistently changing priorities with a high degree of urgency and efficiency
  • Negotiate candidate offers and maintain strong ongoing relationships

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of commission-based sales experience
  • College degree preferred
  • Competitive, entrepreneurial drive
  • Willingness to make career a priority
  • A sense of urgency and initiative
  • Excellent people skills with an uncanny ability to build trust and connection in a competitive marketplace
  • Exceptional retention ability

Location: Reporting to the office M-F in Long Island City, NY

Base Compensation: $58,500

Total Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 /hour

  • Some sort of commissioned-based sales, Recruiting, B2B/B2C: 1 year (Required)
  • Entry-Level, Some Sales, Phone, Competitive: 1 year (Required)
